Wellington International enacted a photography policy allowing only 10 photography companies to shoot during the WEF 2024 season. https://wellingtoninternational.com/news/private-photography/ NSP is still awaiting a response with anticipation on the accreditation status of NSP for the WEF 2024 season. As a photographer who has been attending & shooting the event for 4+ years, I hope to be able to be back for 2024.
In all packages below you’ll receive a private gallery that you can share with all your friends. The galleries are filled with an abundance of candids, jumping, flatting, and artistic shots. All digitals are included in the cost of the gallery. You’ll also have the option to order prints, canvases, and other items at an additional cost.
Full Season $9,500
- Includes 7-13 weeks of showing for 2 Horses per week. (Contact me if you’d like to book 2+ horses per week)
- Option to choose between photo, video or a mix of both each week.
- All your images in an online gallery. If selecting video, the raw videos will delivered to you + one Instagram Reel/TikTok.
- Black Background Gold Session and Classic Photoshoot
- Option to add an album including your season photos, black backgrounds, and photoshoot.
- Payment plan available. Pending approval from Wellington International, space securing deposit will be due by December 1st.
Half Season $6,500
- Includes 4-6 weeks of showing for 2 horses (Contact me if you’d like to book 2+ horses per week)
- Option to switch between video coverage and photo coverage
- All your images in an online gallery. If selecting video, the raw videos will delivered to you + one Instagram Reel/TikTok.
- Black Background Silver Session
- Payment plan available. Pending approval from Wellington International, space securing deposit will be due by December 1st.
Weekly $1250
- First come, first serve basis. Includes coverage for one horse. Additional horses are $350. Photo or Video.
- All your images in an online gallery. If selecting video, the raw videos will delivered to you + one Instagram Reel/TikTok.
- Payment is due the Monday before the show starts. A $4oo deposit is required to secure your spot in advance.
- 15% off any black background or photoshoot package.
